Why is frame rate so sluggish (10fps) in cybercafe.party?(agentify.sh)

I have a long Codex CLI transcript attached. The app renders at ~10-12fps and the whole machine lags. Please diagnose likely bottlenecks and propose a concrete debug plan + fixes.
